Join Kirsten for Deep Peace, an Immersion into Connection to your Heart, your Soul, your Deep place of belonging to Self. 

December is often a busy time of year, yet with the approach to Solstice, there is a call to BE with Self, to turn inward. This Workshop gives you the opportunity to do just that, Be with Self. This will be a Deeply Held Heart Space with Guided, Channeled Meditations, Visualisations and Sharing, bringing Deep Peace, Deep Healing and Deep Rest. A Heart, Soul, Human Reset. 

Saturday 14th December 3.45pm to 6.15pm at Hands On Retreat, Pridhamsleigh. A beautiful, restful location, a workshop of connection and also home baking will be provided (gluten & dairy free).
